Horizontal Ultrasonic Gas Meter
I. High-Precision Metering
This gas meter employs advanced time-of-flight ultrasonic core technology, eliminating moving parts and wear, thus reducing metering deviations caused by mechanical wear at the source and ensuring long-term accurate and reliable operation. It features 1.5-level high-precision metering (error ±1.5%~3%), a low starting flow rate of 0.016-0.04 m³/h, and is compatible with various types of gas. It has a built-in large-capacity data storage device, supporting metering data storage for 90 days per hour, 180 days per day, or a full year per month.
II. Multiple Communication Methods
As a new generation of smart gas meters, its core advantage lies in its comprehensive intelligent configuration. It is equipped with multiple wireless communication methods such as NB-IoT, GPRS, 4G, LoRaWAN, and WIFI, combined with an RS485 wired communication interface, achieving seamless data transmission coverage. Whether in remote communities or densely populated buildings, it can stably transmit metering data.
III. Intelligent Safety Protection
Equipped with remote valve control, the valve can be remotely opened and closed via infrared serial port tools or a management platform. It features seven alarm mechanisms, including overcurrent alarm, cover opening alarm, low remaining volume alarm, and low battery alarm, providing real-time protection for gas safety. A highlight is its low-power design, with an operating current ≤25uA. Powered by a 6V alkaline battery or a 3.6V lithium battery, it boasts a long service life, significantly reducing battery replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
IV. Temperature and Pressure Resistance with Multiple Protections
The gauge design prioritizes practicality and safety, with a maximum working pressure of 50kPa. Its strong pressure resistance adapts to complex pipeline environments. The product has undergone rigorous testing, with an operating temperature range of -10℃ to +40℃ and a storage temperature range of -30℃ to +60℃, ensuring normal operation even in extreme climates. It also features multiple protections against sun exposure, freezing, and contamination.
