Smart Liquefied Gas Meter (LPG Meter) Introduction

The Smart Liquefied Gas Meter is the latest intelligent device developed by Zhongyi Intelligent for liquefied gas metering and balance calculation.

This fully electronic meter uses the ultrasonic principle to measure gas volume flow, utilizing the principle that the time difference between ultrasonic waves traveling upstream and downstream in a gas medium is proportional to the gas flow rate.

2. Long-Term Stability: Ultrasonic liquefied gas meters are unaffected by changes in gas pressure and temperature, ensuring excellent long-term stability.

III. Installation Requirements

1. Do not place wireless communication meters in a sealed environment, as this will affect signal quality.

2. During installation, pay attention to the direction of the gas inlet. Use a corresponding nut between the connecting pipe and the gas meter. Install a sealing ring and tighten the nut to prevent leaks.

3. The installation site should be protected from direct sunlight, freezing, contamination, and flooding, ensuring easy disassembly, assembly, and reading. Antifreeze measures should be taken in winter.

4. During installation, ensure the hose and wires are protected. Never pull on the hose to move the meter to prevent it from falling off or the wire sheath from breaking.

5. Newly installed pipes should be cleared of debris to prevent the meter from becoming clogged.

6. Select a gas meter of appropriate specifications based on the pipeline flow rate. The meter should be rated for a flow rate close to or less than the typical flow rate. The pipe diameter should not be used to determine the meter size.

7. The pipe system above the meter should have minimal elbows and valves. The meter should always be filled with air, and the flow rate should be at least 0.005 MPa at zero to prevent air from entering the pipe. If air could enter the meter, install an air bleed valve upstream of the meter to ensure accurate meter readings.

8. Any slight movement of the meter when not in use is due to unstable air pressure in the pipe or other factors. 9. If the gas meter or its accessories are damaged due to failure to strictly follow the installation precautions during installation and use, all losses shall be borne by the installer.
